How it works: each provider (you, 1099 contractors, partner companies)
can have their own Google Calendar. New bookings assigned to a provider land in
their calendar automatically. Leave the field blank to use the default
calendar from .env.
Setup per contractor: the contractor opens their Google Calendar → Settings → "Share with specific people" → adds the service-account email with "Make changes to events" permission. Then paste the Calendar ID below (usually the contractor's email address).
